This project encompasses the design and construction of a single-family residence. The property was acquired with the objective of remodeling and subsequently selling it for a profit.

My responsibilities in this endeavor included serving as the architectural designer, construction manager, and overall project manager. In addition to overseeing the design and construction processes, I also acted as the primary liaison for the developer, facilitating the creation of marketing materials and ensuring effective tracking of both budget and timeline.

Overall, this project was successfully executed and resulted in a substantial profit for the investors involved.
