Work includes designing and project managing through the different phases of development, architecture, interior design and construction: Due diligence, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration/Management. Sketches, floor planning iterations, massing models, development cost summaries, construction task lists, timelines, client and consultant correspondence, product research, interior design mood boards, construction details, and investor presentations are examples of items that I execute on a weekly basis.

As a Project Designer at Living Design Studios Inc. for 3+ years, was responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners through the phases of design, fabrication and install of high end architectural elements. Organized information from all disciplines and create a cohesive design. In addition, responsible for quality control, estimating cost, executing change orders, requesting quotes, field measuring and creating accurate architectural, fabrication, and install drawings under the pressure of juggling multiple project deadlines at a time.
