As Project Manager at The Brown Studio, successfully led end-to-end design processes for a number projects. Work includes designing and project managing through the different phases of development, architecture, interior design and construction: Due diligence, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration/Management. Sketches, floor planning iterations, massing models, development cost summaries, construction task lists, timelines, client and consultant correspondence, product research, interior design mood boards, construction details, and investor presentations are examples of items that I execute on a weekly basis.
