Mountain Multifamily
For this project I was on team that produced a feasibility package for a high end multi family development. This package included proformas, multiple schemes of development with different unit types and site activation, and concept design renderings. My role was to produce the concept design, different layout for schemes, renderings, and to produce the greater presentation that was then presented to the developers.
