High End Residential Renovation
My responsibilities in this project are comprehensive and encompass serving as the architectural designer, providing interior design support, and acting as the architectural project manager. I serve as the primary liaison for the client (homeowner), facilitating the tracking of the budget and timeline, providing weekly updates to the owners, and production of presentation materials. Additionally, I am responsible for submitting and coordinating building permit applications, producing construction documents, and collaborating with engineers and city staff to ensure that all parties remain on schedule and have the necessary resources to advance the project. This project will likely break ground in the Fall of 2025.
