Design and Marketing Exercise

For this project I was tasked with producing a design and renderings for the project to be marketed for sale. This house was listed for sale using these marketing materials and immediately sold for profit.

For background, this site was a large lot that was in the process of a lot split. What you see below are the two homes that were being proposed on those individual lots.
